Water Purifier Online respects your privacy and we are very much committed to the same.
1. When you shop on our Website, we will ask you to input and will collect Personal Information from you such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, product selections, credit card or other payment information and password.

We may also collect information about where you are on the internet (eg the URL you came from, IP address, domain types like .co.uk and .com), your browser type, the country where your computer is located, the pages of our website that were viewed during your visit, the advertisements you clicked on. We may collect this information even if you do not register with us. None of this data is of a personal nature and will help us improve the quality of our service.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
In case if the product you received from Water Purifier Online is either damaged or a bit defective, you can send us back the item you have purchased in its original condition and pack within 15-20 days.
Customer need to first contact us through ‘Contact Us‘ page on web site before returning any product. If you will return the products before letting us know, the same, then we will not provide any refund.
Please read below points carefully before request for returns.
1. Customer need to bear the shipping cost while returning the products.
2. We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.
3. We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
4. At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
5. Refunds would not be accepted for used and repair product. However we would accept returns if there is any faults from our end.
6. Any complaint with regards to the damage in transist, We are not responsible for the same. We can arrange technical person assistant for the damages.
7. In case of product return, we will issued refund once we received the product back at our office.
8. All refund will be made through NEFT and within 7 working days.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Water Purifier Online is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to your registered shipping address at Water Purifier Online is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units and some products
We provide free shipping within India. Only international shipments will be shipping charged.
The shipping charge is based on the weight of the product. The programme adds up the weight of all the units ordered for multiple products ordered from the same category and charges a single delivery fee.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: 147, diwali bag industrial estate, near ankur char rashta, varachha, surat – 395006.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
